What we collect
Depending on the campaign, we may collect location data, survey responses, optional contact details, moderation records, and technical information (such as IP address) needed to secure the service.
Why we collect it
To run community maps, publish approved contributions, report to campaign partners, prevent abuse, and improve our products.
Campaign collection statements
Each CrowdSpot campaign also publishes a project-specific Privacy Collection Statement at the point you submit (for example, Better Buses).
Your rights
You may request access to or correction of your personal information, and lodge a complaint about our handling of your information. Contact details are in the PDF policy.
