Outer West communities need credible public evidence of bus service gaps before the November 2026 Victorian state election. FOE needed a map supporters could trust, not a custom one-off build.
Approach
Better Buses launched on CrowdSpot v2 with curated stories, parliamentary support tracking, and a participatory map so residents can add their own bus experiences.
Outcome
Live since March 2026 at better-buses.crowdspot.com.au. The first production tenant on the rebuilt CrowdSpot platform, and a reference for advocacy campaigns that need speed and credibility.
